Aluminium armature wire, lightweight, yet strong, non-corrosive, completely pliable and non-staining. The 1/16" diameter wire is mainly used for the skeletal aspects of a smaller model and wrapping the larger, thicker appendages of a larger model to assist the clay in adhering to the larger armature. If using moist clay, please note, the armature wire cannot be put in a kiln during firing.
