Water Reducer 555

A high efficiency polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer in liquid form. Ideally suited for use when making self-consolidating concrete (SCC). Has been formulated to provide maximum workability without segregation to concrete. Mixing Water Reducer 555 with the batch water first yields improved mixing efficiency, while delayed addition allows for fine-tuning of the mix consistency. Adding too much superplasticizer can result in segregation. Adding water reducers will increase workability of concrete mixes that have a low water to cement ratio (critical for reaching optimal strength in the cured matrix).
