Ecoflex 00-20 - Fast

Platinum-catalyzed silicone, versatile and easy to use, that cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and de-airing. Cured rubber is very soft, very strong and very “stretchy”, stretching many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion. Ecoflex 00-20 FAST is certified skin safe by an independent laboratory. Suitable for a variety of applications including making prosthetic appliances, cushioning for orthotics and special effects applications (especially in animatronics where repetitive motion is required).

Can be color pigmented with Silc Pig  pigments for creating a variety of color effects. Silicone Thinner can be added to further lower the viscosity or Thi-Vex silicone thickener can be added by weight for brushable applications. Although not usually necessary, a release agent (Ease Release 200) will make demolding easier when pouring into or over most surfaces.
