A UV resistant clear casting epoxy ideal for making clear jewelry/beads or replacement lenses for kit cars and other applications requiring a rigid, clear finished product. Also suitable for making clear molds and prototype parts, or for electronic assemble encapsulation applications where component identification is necessary. Castings cure with negligible shrinkage and are very hard and strong. Recommended casting thickness maximum; 3/8 in./0,95 cm. Resist moisture, moderate heat, solvents, dilute acids and can be machined, primed/painted or bonded to other surfaces.
Can be colored with SO-Strong color tints. For releasing epoxy from non-porous surfaces such as resin, metal, glass etc..., use Universal Mold Release or 205. Clean the residue with E-POX-EE Kleener, lacqer thinner, Acetone or alcohol.
